are a plastics molding and casting company, capable of producing different
kinds of products in quantity, without the high cost of a metal
mold. Using a molding technology which produces silicone molds,
rather than the standard costly metal mold, we can make parts or products
for a lower cost per piece. Liquid silicones are used in the
construction of the molds and liquid polyurethanes are used for the
production of the items. We can duplicate items in many sizes and
shapes. Items we produce can be in a range of hardness, from soft
(as in a spongy texture) to hard as steel, and in a variety of
colors. We manufacture products traditionally made from plastics and
products which are rarely made from plastics due to the high mold expense
using standard techniques.

impellers, computer components, knobs, trays, handles, auto parts, gears,
etc. We are capable of casting hundreds of types of parts in a wide
range of types and sizes.

products, lawn and garden products, hunting and fishing products, auto
products, giftware, agricultural products, sporting goods products, etc.
No
machinery is used in the mold building and casting of products in our
system. This enables us to produce a huge range of products in small
quantities or in quantities of thousands. This user-friendly system
allows our workforce of adults with disabilities to mix resins, pour the
plastics, and remove the casting from the mold. With careful
supervision and training from our staff, our workforce creates quality
products while learning work skills and earning a paycheck.
